Free Potatoes, On Us!
It’s harvest time, and the RDO farm team is inviting our neighbors and fellow community members to an all-you-can-dig party. Just bring your potato forks and buckets to any one of the three fields listed below between October 7 and 9 to dig fresh potatoes to your heart’s content (or until sunset).
When: October 7, 8, 9 from sunrise to sunset
Where: Select fields in Wadena, Park Rapids, and Perham (see directions below)
Note: Fields will be clearly marked with signage and flags
Park Rapids:
Go 4 miles south on US Hwy 71 from Park Rapids, turn left on MN 87 and drive .6 miles. The field is on the left side of the road.
Perham:
Take Hwy 78 to Hwy 108 in Ottertail. Drive 1 mile on 108 to the field.
Wadena:
At the junction of Hwy 10 and 71, drive south 4 miles on Hwy 71. The field is on the right hand side of the road.
